Important Updates to Privilege Club

Effective January 1, 2008, we are making some changes to the way you earn Qpoints and Qmiles every time you fly with us.

Earning Qpoints

Every flight that you take with Qatar Airways earns you Qpoints according to the class of service you travel in and the regions you travel to and from. Effective January 1, 2008, the Qpoints you earn will be changed as outlined below. In addition, Athens and Tripoli will move from region 3 to region 4.

As a result of the region changes, you will have until February 29, 2008, to redeem your Qmiles for awards to/from Tripoli and Athens at the current award levels. Effective March 1, 2008, the new award levels, based on region 4 for Tripoli and Athens will come into effect.

Earning Qmiles

Qmiles are currently earned based on the cabin that you travel in. Effective January 1, 2008 you will earn Qmiles based on the booking class that you purchase as outlined in the table below:
